We don't have a one-size-fits-all rule. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that if you're unhappy with your purchase, you can always reach out and we'll let you know if you're eligible for a refund.
How to request for a refund
To find out whether you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at hello@digestiplan.com and include your order confirmation or the email address you used at checkout.
Timeframe
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
Important to know
- Requests are considered if submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Since all of our products are digital, no physical returns are required.
- Our refund policy is in addition to your legal rights under consumer protection laws, including (but not limited to) the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), Australian Consumer Law, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
